Cauliflower Dip

Ingredients:
      1/2 Head of Cauliflower
      2 Garlic Cloves
      1 tsp Salt
      3 TBSP Olive Oil

Preparation:
      Roast the Cauliflower and the Garrlic until soft and lightly brown.
Blend all ingredients until soft.

Serve warm or cold with diping vegetables.
