- Potatoes
- Chick Peas soaked over night
- Onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Cumin
- Salt
- Olive Oil
- Water
Saute Onion, Garlic, Ginger to soften. Ad Peas and 1 cup water cook for ½ hour. Ad 1” Cut up potatoes, cumin and salt and simmer for an hour (add water if needed to keep moist).
