“Passover Creampuffs”
Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Water Preparation: Put in a pot 1/2 cup of water, 3 TBSP oil and 1/2 tsp salt bring to boil. Add to the boiling water 1/2 cup matzah meal and mix while still on the fire until it releases from the side of the pot. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool. beat 2 eggs lightly and mix the dough with 1/3 of the egg. Add another 1/3 of the eggs and mix. Add the rest of the egg and mix well until it is smooth. |
