“Quinoa 2 ways”

 

Cereal

Ingredients:

      1 1/2 Cups Cooked Quinoa
      ¼ TSP Cinnamon
      ¼ TSP Salt
      2 TBSP Maple Syrup

Preparation:

    Preheat oven to 325F. Mix the quinoa, cinnamon, salt and maple syrup. Spread on lined baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour
(up to 1 hr. & 20 min. for crispier cereal) rotate tray every 20 min. Gently flip after 40 min. Let it cool down and store in a jar at room temperature.

Crispies

Ingredients:

      Quinoa

Preparation:

    Spread the cooked quinoa on lined baking sheet. Bake for 40 - 50 min. Stir every 15 min. Let it cool down. Store in a jar at room temperature.
